Information collected
The form requires your name, email and message. Organization, staff size, industry and data sensitivity category are optional. Your consent, the date, a request reference and its source are also recorded.
Do not include confidential information, client records or sensitive data in your message. Hosting services may process technical information, including IP addresses and security logs, needed to operate and protect the site.
Purposes and recipients
This information is used to respond to your request and follow up on a potential project. It is accessible to authorized Komeria personnel and technical providers needed for that processing. We do not sell or rent it. This form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Hosting and transfers outside Quebec
The site and initial form processing use Vercel. Your request is then recorded in Komeria’s shared API on Microsoft Azure, with a database in Canada, under the source “Komeria Consulting”.
A notification containing the form information is routed to our team by Postmark, a service operated in the United States. Vercel and our email services may also process information outside Quebec. The form asks for your agreement to this processing for the purpose of responding to your request.
Cookies and audience measurement
This version of the site does not integrate advertising, marketing trackers, Vercel Analytics or Speed Insights. Hosting services may use technical mechanisms necessary for operation or security.
Retention
Information is kept while processing your request and, where applicable, during the business relationship, subject to applicable retention obligations. You can contact us to request deletion. This request may also concern email copies; backups follow providers’ retention cycles.
Your rights and choices
You may request access, correction, withdrawal of consent or deletion of your information, subject to applicable obligations. Without the required fields and your consent, the form cannot be submitted. You may also choose to email us directly.
